Feature
Public boards and embeds: share without an account
Make a board or document readable through a link — for people with no Zuuna account, without making them members. From the Plus plan.
Some people need to see what is being worked on without working on it: clients, stakeholders, other departments. Public links make a board or a document readable without anyone creating an account or counting as a member.
Reading, not participating
The link grants read access. Whoever holds it sees the current state — and cannot move, assign or comment on anything. That separation is the difference between showing someone and letting them in.
Embedding
The same board can be embedded in another page — an intranet, a project site, a client portal. What it shows is the live state rather than a screenshot that is wrong by tomorrow.
What to keep in mind
A public link is public: anyone who knows it sees the content. For boards holding personal or confidential data that is the wrong tool — memberships, roles and, from Business Pro, the IP allowlist exist for that.
Plan
From the Plus plan. It does not count against your member limit: readers are not seats.
Walkthrough
Step by step, including embedding it in a page: share and embed a board publicly.
FAQ
Do readers need a Zuuna account?
No, and they do not count against your member limit either. Read access through a link is not a seat.
Can readers change anything?
No. The link grants read access only — no edits, no comments.
Is a public link secure?
It is as secure as a link: anyone who knows it can see the content. For confidential boards use memberships and roles, not a public link.
