About
About Zuuna: project management from Germany
If you are going to trust a tool with your team's work, you should know who is behind it. Here it is.
Who we are
Zuuna is the trading name of an owner-operated sole proprietorship based in Germany. No group, no call centre, no invented headcount on an about page — the provider, the full address and the responsible person are in the legal notice, exactly as they should be. You reach us at info@zuuna.de.
Why we build Zuuna
Two observations. The first: in development teams the board and the repository drift apart. The tracker knows what somebody dragged into "In progress" three days ago; the repository knows what actually happened. Zuuna closes the gap by putting commits, branches, pull requests and builds on the card and hanging releases off real git tags — including the view nobody else shows: what shipped without a ticket.
The second: almost every good project tool is a US service. For many teams in Germany and Europe that is not a detail, it is a hurdle before adoption — a privacy review, a DPA, a conversation with the works council. So Zuuna is operated in Germany, and the tooling for a clean rollout is part of the product rather than of an enterprise quote. Project management for developers · GDPR-compliant project management
Where your data lives
In Germany. The data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR comes without a sales call, and the processors we use are listed in the privacy policy.
Securing access: two-factor authentication, enforced across the whole workspace if you want it, an audit log for security-relevant changes, and roles and permissions as a grid — on every plan. From Business Pro you add single sign-on over SAML 2.0 or OpenID Connect, automatic provisioning over SCIM, and an IP allowlist.
What we do not claim: we hold no ISO or SOC certification, so there is no badge on this page. What we have is above; what we do not have, we do not hide.
How we make money
Per-seat subscriptions — that is all. There is a free plan and paid plans up to the Developer plan; the prices are all on the pricing page, with no sales call and no "price on request" for standard features.
Your project data is not the product: no advertising, no advertising or tracking cookies in the app, and no sharing with third parties beyond the processors named in the DPA and the privacy policy. This website counts visits with a self-hosted, cookieless analytics tool — which is why you see no cookie banner here either.

FAQ
Who operates Zuuna?
Zuuna is the trading name of an owner-operated sole proprietorship based in Germany. The provider, full address and responsible person are listed in the legal notice (Impressum).
Where is the data hosted?
In Germany. There is no US cloud provider in the path of your project data. The processors we use are listed in the privacy policy and in the DPA.
Can I get a DPA?
Yes. The data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is published on this site — no sales call, no surcharge.
What happens to my data if I leave?
You can take all of it at any time: every board as an Excel or CSV file, and your personal data as a JSON export in one click (Art. 15 and Art. 20 GDPR), on every plan. If you delete your account you first see exactly what is removed and what is kept; after that there are 30 days in which logging back in restores it. Invoices we have to keep longer, because tax law says so.
Rather try it than read about it?
A free account, no credit card, no sales call.
