Concierge migration to Zuuna: we import your board from Jira, Asana, Trello, or Excel: free, one-time, usually within a day. You book, we import, you verify.
A move that isn't one
Board-tool switches rarely fail on willingness. They fail on the import. So we do the import for you: you hand us access or an export, we rebuild your board in Zuuna, you check the result. Free and one-time, usually done within a day.
What we import
- Jira (Cloud and Data Center): directly over the Jira REST API: you create an API token in your Atlassian account, and we read the project with it, no CSV detour. Alternatively the "Excel CSV (all fields)" export, whose column mapping our import profile proposes for you. Jira comparison
- Trello: the JSON board export (board menu → Share → Export). Lists, labels, members, checklists with their tick state, and comments arrive in their original order. Trello comparison
- Asana: as a CSV export. The import profile detects the format and proposes the column mapping.
- Excel and CSV: any spreadsheet becomes a board with columns, cards, and fields. Excel import
Equally honest: what does not come across. The attachment files themselves stay in the old system (their names and links come along), as do workflows, permission schemes, and automations. You get this list from us before we start, not afterwards.
How the migration works
- Request: write to us via the contact form: which tool it is, the project URL, and roughly how big the board is.
- We import: you provide the API token or export; we carry titles, descriptions, columns and statuses, due dates, epics, checklists, and comments into Zuuna.
- You verify: you walk through your new board and tell us what is missing or looks off. Only when it fits does your team move in.

Which tools can you import from?
Jira (directly over the REST API via API token, or via CSV export), Asana (CSV), Trello (JSON board export), and any spreadsheet as Excel or CSV. Something else: just ask; if a path exists, we tell you upfront what comes across.
What comes across in an import, and what doesn't?
Titles, descriptions, columns and statuses, due dates, priorities, assignees, epics, sub-tasks, comments, checklists (and, from Jira, logged work and sprints). Not included: attachment files themselves (names and links do come), workflows, permission schemes, automations, and archived Trello cards. We tell you exactly what will be missing for your board before we start.
How long does a migration take?
Usually a day from credentials to finished board. Very large instances with many projects are discussed first. We tell you what is realistic before you commit.
Do I need a paid plan for the migration?
No. Import is included on every plan, including the free plan.
