Every board as an Excel or CSV file, whenever you want, with no support ticket. From Business Pro the recorded time is included in board exports, so the analysis leaves with you rather than just the cards.
Personal data
A JSON export of your personal data, in one click — that is access under Art. 15 GDPR and portability under Art. 20 delivered as a file, instead of a form somebody processes in four weeks.
Documents
Documents export to Word, and Word files import. Here too the road runs both ways.
And when you leave
Deleting your account shows you first what is removed and what is kept. After that there are 30 days in which logging back in restores it. Invoices have to be retained longer for tax reasons — stated in the privacy policy rather than sprung on you in a support conversation.
Why this page exists
Because "no vendor lock-in" is a claim until somebody describes the exit. The formats are Excel, CSV, JSON and Word — none of which needs Zuuna to be readable.

Does exporting cost extra?
No. Board export and the JSON export of your personal data are on every plan, including the free one.
Do I get my data in an open format?
Yes: Excel, CSV, JSON, and Word for documents. None of them needs Zuuna to be read — that is the point.
What happens if I delete my account?
You see first what is removed and what is kept. After that there are 30 days in which logging back in restores it; only then is it permanent.
Is tracked time included in exports?
From Business Pro, yes — it appears in board exports, so the analysis is not tied to Zuuna.
