Create your first kanban board in Zuuna

From an empty workspace to your first board with columns, cards and a team in minutes — explained step by step.

A kanban board makes your team’s work visible at a glance. Here’s how to set up your first board in Zuuna — in under five minutes.

1. Create an account

Sign up free and create your workspace. The workspace is the shared space where all of your team’s boards live.

2. Create a board

Click New board and give it a name. A board is your wall — every task becomes a card on it.

3. Set up columns

Columns are the steps of your workflow. Start with To-do, In progress and Done, colour them, and reorder by drag-and-drop.

4. Add cards

Add a card for each task. Set priority, due date and assignees — and drag the card across columns as the work moves along.

5. Invite your team

Invite your team by email. Changes appear live on every screen — no refresh, no collisions.

Done: your first board is running. Next, you can start sprints, write documents, or connect your git repository to the board.

Rebuild this step in your own workspace.

The guide takes a few minutes — it sticks when it is your own board underneath. 14 days of full access, no credit card.
